The existing rafters were found to be rotten when inspected. Rafters, Fascia, Soffits, and Guttering were all in need of replacement. James and his workers were always on time and worked hard providing a quality job. We were provided with photos at various stages of the work in progress. The job was completed within the specified time and all waste products were removed.
