Job location: SE25I had lost the key for a vintage display cabinet in a recent move. The cabinet used to belong to my Gran so has great sentimental value. I was worried that I would damage it if I tried to force it open. Julian quickly had the cabinet open and took the lock off explaining how to get a replacement key & recommending where to get that from. It was a small job but I am very happy that JW security could help!8 Lock change

Needed a locksmith to change locks due to key being accidentally broken by a contractor. Julian was prompt and professional in quickly changing both locks with a nice clean job according to my brother. Luca came round to look at our UPVC balcony door just a day after I called, on a Sunday, just a few days before Christmas. We were really happy with the work done and the price paid, especially after we received some very alarming quotes from other contractors! The company arrived on time, worked out what was wrong with the door really quickly, fixed it quickly, tidied everything up and went on their way. JW Security did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Julian is clearly in expert in his field and was extremely responsive on WhatsApp. They were able to come out the next working day after I contacted them and got the job done in a couple of hours.
