    JWS Installed Boiler - No problem with installation / made appointment for annual service - simply did not turn up, did not call to explain and despite multiple calls did not return my calls. I paid for the original job within 5 hours so am a good customer, most unreliable and have had to seek another supplier

    Fixed central heating after power surge.

    I was fortunate enough to catch Jon after a cancellation, he was available immediately and delivered a truly fantastic service after my central heating had stopped working after a power surge. There were a couple of issues and all of my options were clearly explained, Jon clearly goes above and beyond to deliver an amazing service. I cant recommend enough!

    Repair and service to boiler.

    I returned home after a few days away to find my boiler would not fire up, after a quick search on Checkatrade I rang Jonathan and he said he could come to me the following day. He arrived earlier then than expected, is a very pleasant chap, got on with his work and explained what the problem was, fixed it and serviced the boiler. If you're looking for a reliable plumber look no further than Jonathan, I would recommend him to family and friends and will keep his business card handy for any future work I may need.

    Boiler system repair.

    My boiler stopped working after my wife bled one of the house radiators (!) and air entered into the system. I contacted Jonathan late evening and texted across pictures of my boiler and cylinder. Jonathan then 'phoned to a talk me through a possible solution - unfortunately, more due to my lack of understanding, this failed to kick-start the boiler and Jonathan arranged to visit the very next evening to sort it out. Sure enough, Jonathan visited this evening and after some plumbing wizardry, the boiler came back to life - totally impressed with all aspects of my contact with JWS Plumbing and Heating - 5*.
