  Places an add on here and received a call from josh he said he could come over first thing in the morning when I mentioned I had an elderly mum who needed to use the downstairs toilet he offered to come over within an hour what a fantastic service when he knew what the problem was he quickly went and picked up the part straight back to me to resolve the issue and the cost was exactly as he quoted over the phone for me … definitely recommend Josh 5 stars thankyou so much
