Jack is a nice guy. He can come across quite rude especially over text message. Overall it’s not the worst experience I had with builders, but add on a week or more to his quote. If you pay a day rate, one of his workers works really hard, but progress is slow. The overall finish of the job looks nice, but after Jack was finished I noticed one of the slabs was broken, but still placed in. Also two slabs weren’t secured properly. Contacted Jack and he has not come back to sort it. He also didn’t take the last let of the rubbish away. He likes to build costs up so check his costs. Overall 5/10
