Came out to clear a blocked sink. Quoted £49 call out and was told.nothing about the excess charges until work was done. Wanted £249 for plumber to plunge sink for less than 20 minutes. After plumber told them I was elderly they dropped price to £159, I refused to pay and made counter offer of £100 which the plumber accepted. They weren't happy but I told them that was all they were getting. Total rip off be careful they are charging £12.45 per minute for any work and this was not quoted at booking or I would have gone elsewhere!

Engineer was ok, but the cost is utterly ridiculous, utter rip off, over £400 for 20 mins, if I’d have known, I’d have never used this service, there’s far cheaper elsewhere. BE WARNED!!!
