Wouldn't be surprised if they could repair magic carpets too.
Dan communicated all the way on what I imagine would be a small job for his company. He provided a quote and time for it to be done (loose stair carpet) and lads arrived early, very courteous and professional, and were done quickly with minimum of fuss and bother.
