To hack off loose rendered to the front and rerender. Repaint the whole of the front lower and grd.
The plastering works carried out was ok. The external decorations was very poor. Min preparation works which greatly impacted the finish decorations. He painted all three of the wooden windows close, even though they had be left open to prevent this happening. Sections of the windows there poorly painted. It was very difficult to get him to come back. Soldly motivated by money and min interest in customer service or doing a good job. He likes to split up works into sperate invoice which 48hrs given to pay by before thw works on the next invoice is started. He also over charges for materialsVerified reviewerJob location: CT17
