When the installers had finished i queried the "dents" made by the nails, he said it would lift in time, he obviously thought I was stupid. So I complained and same installer returned and admitted the nails had been hammered in to much. He re nailed it and it looked a bit better. We have now noticed in a corner they had put some turf in to hide a part that had been missed, you can move this bit of turf to see the gravel? Last but not least it's not level, so for just shy of 3k I would not recommend and I'm still waiting for after sales to contact me

We recently had our back garden done with the premier turf and couldn't be happier with it. The dogs can now go out on it all weather's without coming in the house with dirty paw prints all over. The men that installed it were very polite and respectful of our home, they left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend

Did a fantastic job of laying the new k9 turf,looks fantastic and resists the rigours of two greyhounds. Would highly recommend k9 turf.

K9 turf replaced two lawns at our home with their best top of the range product. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently now neighbours admire our lawns which require little maintanance. I wish the lawns had been treplaced earlier , I can honestly recommend this company to anyone considering having their lawns replaced.

Had Simon the surveyor call out to our house after our online enquiry he went through the process and the qoute came the same day from the office they kept me upto date once we were booked in the installation went smoothly and exceeded our expectations the team were polite and helpful and left the garden looking wonderful the Dogs love it no more smells as our previous Artificial lawn did smell .
