Reliable, Professional & Thorough
As part of our professional holiday home management company, we have used K&A for one of our holiday homes in Saltaire since August 2025, and Natalie has been absolutely brilliant throughout. Reliable, thorough, professional and always easy to communicate with. In this industry, finding people you can genuinely trust is invaluable, and I honestly cannot fault her service at all. Flat cleaning
Very disappointing experience. The quality of cleaning was inconsistent — several areas, including a room and the hallway, were not cleaned, and the kitchen cleaning was below expectations. The service was also unreliable, as the cleaners left earlier than expected and the agreed work was not completed. Communication after raising the issue was dismissive and unprofessional rather than helpful. Hi Archana, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were unhappy with the service. The booking was for a 3-hour general clean, and two cleaners attended for 1.5 hours each (totalling the agreed 3 labour hours). On arrival, the property required a deeper clean than originally booked, meaning additional time would have been needed to complete everything to a higher standard. End of Tenancy Clean
Katie and her team did an amazing job with my end of tenancy clean. The property was cleaner than when I first moved in! The house was absolutely spotless, and they even managed to restore the bathroom grouting to a much better condition than I thought possible. The professional oven, carpet and sofa cleaning was worth every penny. Communication throughout was excellent and they arrived exactly at the agreed time.
