Mohammed was really helpful and knowledgeable in explaining potential issues with the boiler after testing it - would use again.

Arrived on time, respectful and friendly throughout. They did solve the problem (my dishwasher filters needed cleaning) quite quickly. Unfortunately, the person scraped and dented my hardwood floor in several places while pulling out the dishwasher to service it. They also misquoted the service cost at the beginning (said it was including VAT, when the price was ex VAT). So overall, I was disappointed with the service.

Mohammed is very efficient and professional. He located the fault quickly and did a thorough repair including installation of some small replacement parts, and ensured everything was up and running again prior to leaving. Highly recommend.

Fantastic as always from Mohammed and the team. Great communication, helpful advice and always willing to take on the challenges of an old house with a positive attitude. Mohammed always updates you regularly when things aren’t exactly as expected (like discovering the previous owner’s DIY has caused a cracked pipe) but also reassures you that things can be fixed. He also recommends future action to avoid problems without pushing unnecessary services. Fixed a leaky loo and fitted new tap perfectly. Highly recommend if you just want someone to take a look and actually fix your problem!
