The overall experience with Kaia Engineering was first class. Having identified the problem with my aircon unit a new part was ordered. This part took a few weeks to arrive and unfortunately the wrong part was sent but rather than wait another couple of weeks, Dan was able to use parts from the wrong item and repair the old motor. The aircon unit is now fully working and an excellent outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending KAIA Engineering.
