Very pleased with the quick and professional service from Ben and Matt at Kairi Heating, servicing and sorting problems with our Vaillant boiler, at reasonable prices!

I’ve been unimpressed with a lot of tradesmen on this website but not Ben. His boiler installation was exceptional. He streamlined the previously untidy pipes, supplied & fitted 4 new radiators, the wireless & internet gateways & 7 smart TRVs. He set up the wireless control and made sure I could access the Vaillant app. Ben was always punctual, professional & polite. He was very patient & accommodating of the carers that occasionally obstructed him to attend to my dementia suffering mum. He quick fixed an external cupboard door issue and changed my kitchen tap, no charge. He’s a good person.

I called several plumbers to have a service done for my boiler and also replace our carbon monoxide alarm. Ben was the only one that picked up. He was friendly, reliable and on time. He called me back to let me know where he was when he was coming back from another job which I appreciated. Reasonably priced too. Would defiantly recommend!

British Gas was mucking us around with their appointments and spending time at home waiting for them to attend was a poor experience. A quick search on here found Kairi who gave us a timeslot and a cost and they were there on time and they made sure they went over and above the install by staying and calling Hive to fully install the system on our App.

Ben was very professional and did an excellent job. The only minor issue was that he had to change the date of service last moment to the following day.
