  installing a chanel drain

  the team turned up earlier than expected which was good for us. they was very polite. felt like they didnt understand the job at first but after a few explanations it went okay. I was quoted a chanel drain to be installed , I said that I only have the drains ready and they said £650. when work was to be begin they asked if we had the materials ect we said no we only have the chanel drains which we had already mentioned and then we was asked to leave to go get them we explained we couldnt because we only had a car not a van and then Alan went off to get materials. he arrived an hour later with the materials and work went very smoothly and we are happy with the outcome only issue is that we got charged extra for the materials when we was quoted for not having them anyways so was expecting that to be in with the quote. the only downfall was they left the old drainage system on my doorstep but all in all a very reliable team very hard working especially in this heatwave just a little overpriced but would have again thank you team 👍 😀

  Garden revamp and new tile flooring

  I needed some garden work doing. Kalkan builders was recommended to me by my friend who had a loft conversion done. Having seen the work I asked for a quote and the following week they started on time on the day. We had the decking removed and new tiles, gutter, manhole and wall rendering. They did an amazing job and fineshed earlier than stated. They got on with the work and totally transformed the space. We are very happy and would use again and recommended to others.   Reliable, high standard and perfection

  We are extremely pleased with the loft conversion and storage unit and the quality of workmanship throughout the project. The team was very professional reliable and communicated clearly at every stage. They completed the work to a very high standard, paid great attention to detail and kept everything tidy and organised. The finished loft has exceeded our expectations and has added a fantastic new living space for our children.   reduction of rear house wall.

  after being let down by a previous builder who dissappeared after being paid in advance, we found Alan and Kalkan who did everything we asked whilst explaining alternatives if some of our ideas were not realistic. They were at all times, efficient, tidy, well mannered and good as their word.

  They are excellent

  Excellent service from the team. They completed the job quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. The quality of work was great and everything was finished on time. I’m very happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable builders.
