  Highly recommended

We would highly recommend KA Metcalfe to anyone looking for a reliable, professional builder. Karl was fantastic from start to finish when completing our kitchen. He supported us throughout the whole process, offering helpful advice, keeping us informed at every stage and ensuring everything ran smoothly. He also went above and beyond by contacting his trusted electrician and plumber and arranging for them to carry out their work promptly. Communication was excellent, Karl was always approachable, and he never let us down once. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions or requests were dealt with without hesitation. The workmanship was excellent, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result. It was a genuine pleasure working with Karl and his team, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use KA Metcalfe again for future projects. Thank you, Karl, for all your hard work, support and professionalism. You come highly recommended!

Quick turn around, high standard of work

From quote to a finished exterior, Karl and his team have kept me update and involved on all decisions relating to how I wanted my home to look. They've worked hard through some pretty relentless weather and finished the exterior quickly but to a high standard. I would highly recommend Karl and his team.

  Kitchen/diner Renovations

Karl and the lads completed a range of work at my house including replacing joists, damp proofing and fitting a kitchen. Communication was efficient, work was done quickly, especially as it was the lead up to Xmas and nothing was too much. Very fairly priced and would highly recommend for any work needed!

Great communication, quality work, great value

Reached out to K A metcalfe building a couple of weeks ago regarding some structural work, Karl arranged to visit site a couple of days later. After talking through the require work Karl put me in touch with and architect who drew up the plan and submitted this to building control. Given the green light a couple of days later Karl and his team began work putting in the steel bean and demolishing the current wall. Finished the job in two days removing the rubbish and leaving a great open plan space. Very happy with the finish and value for money. Will be using them again.

Use these reliable, reasonably priced Builders:

The Builders were reliable, attended when they said they would, worked extremely hard all day whilst here, were able to perform a wide range of tasks and the end product is not only life transforming, but has been completed to a high specification. Their prices were reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
