Repair to roof
They patched up the roof to keep the rain out over the boiler, cleared and stabilised the gutter. He did point out that the tiles were in very bad condition and the repair would not be long lasting but we needed the work done ASAP. He offered without pushing to give us a quote for a new roof when we are ready. We were satisfied with the work done and his manner.Verified reviewerJob location: CO310 Posted 24 November 2019
Loft insulation and boarding, extensive tile repair/replacement, velux window fitted
Keith and his team did a superb job. They were adaptable, friendly, quick and thorough. Tiling was very professional, loft insulation work was done well and planned/carried out as we went, and scaffolding/skip was all taken care of. Would be very happy to use Keith again.Verified reviewerJob location: IP210 Posted 28 October 2019

Repair to leaking guttering.
Keith contacted me as I was enquiring on behalf of my elderly mother about her guttering where there was a gap where the rain was pouring through. We set up a plan of action re time and contact with me as my Mum is virtually deaf. Keith let me know when he would be going to survey the problem which he did and then called me with the estimate which was very reasonable. He carried out the work there and then by replacing the faulty piece of troughing with a new joint. I paid him on behalf of my Mum the next day. He was polite, friendly and courteous throughout the whole transaction.Job location: Not Available10 Posted 03 May 2019
