Designed and installed a structural frame support underneath flooring
Mark and Rob were incredibly reliable and delivered on everything they promised. Workmanship and design solutions provided to resolve our flooring problem were excellent and they were clean, tidy and service was exemplary. I will definitely be using them again for other building related works and can highly recommend them.

New internal doors and replacement fitted wardrobe doors
A high quality professional job! I am highly delighted with the work and love my new doors! I found the joiners to be extremely helpful, courteous and tidy and was happy to leave them to it when I was at work. Communication was great and I was kept updated throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending K and M Construction for professionalism and quality of workmanship

Wall removed, new ceiling, plumbing,electrics,plastering.
Excellent communication throughout,they made changes to the job that we asked for and also made suggestions regarding moving a radiator, which worked out better for us. The tradesmen they used were equally as good,polite and respectful whilst in our home. We would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again in the future.

Window replaced.
They arranged me with the window fitter, came to measure and arranged the date. Came on time and the job was done within minutes. Reasonably priced and happy with the finished work. Thank you.
