Kitchen Fitting
STAY CLEAR! My advice is stay clear of this man. Michael accepted to fit our new kitchen after home visit. Came promptly to rip off old kitchen. On the third day, when he thought no one was around in the house, he packed his stuff and abandoned the job! Saw it all on CCTV. All calls to his mobile went unanswered. We thought he had a home emergency and will return to continue with the job. Our kitchen was in a mess and could not be used. We traced him after 2 days to his home in Dewsbury. He said he couldn't do the work. We should contact the kitchen manufacturer- a few days to Xmas.Yet to refund our deposit

Remove old door frames and doors, install new ones.
Hard working and skilled grafter. Contacted Michael based on a friend's recommendation and he quoted us a fair price for the work to be carried out. We were able to book him in and have him come to remove old doors and fit the new ones. He arrived on time and worked the full day on both days and each decision was discussed with us when needed. The work has been carried out to an excellent standard and will continue to use Michael for future joinery work.

Storage and doors
Great service and speedy especially so close to Christmas. Communication was spot on and our doors and under stair storage look fantastic. Great quality. Highly recommend Michael James Joinery. We will be in touch when we need more work doing.

Building a cupboard for household storage on the landing area of our home.
Built grom scratch a walk in cupboard area on the upstairs landing area of our house. Michaels work is of the very highest standard and we extremely pleased with the end results. He was helpful in every way and advised on what options we had with regards to the project. He and Kiran worked tirelessly to get the job done and we would not hesitate to employ them again for future work.
