Despite being recommended by a mutual friend, K&S Services failed to complete the job they were paid to do, offering every excuse under the sun for their perpetual failure to return to site just for a few hours work to finish the job. Promoting themselves as drainage experts, they laid Aco drains that ended up sitting above the level of the patio slabs. The guy in charge claimed to be the ‘king’ of flowpoint grouting, yet this is the aspect of work he’s failed to complete. Had they finished this, I’d have overlooked their other shortcomings, but instead they chose to ghost me!

A big job carried out with design flair and skill. COVID didn't help, but very pleased with the results. Just hire them if you can, they're very good.

Cannot recommend Lewis and his team highly enough. They did an excellent job replacing our old decking. They were very prompt at coming out to give us a quote and were able to carry out the work the following week. Really friendly people who work to a very high standard. We would definitely contact K&S Services for future work.
