As a Project Manager for over 35 years I have dealt with many trades. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil Taylor’s Plumbing Services for Site Works, Customer Maintenance & Emergencies. Yet again a customer will health issues has been assisted out of hours by Phil at short notice to ensure a faulty shower was safe to use.

On time, communicates well, and did a tidy job in good time to plumb our washing machine into a new room through the wall.

We experienced fantastic, professional service from the initial visit for a quote to the completion of the work. The communication was exceptional, and we were kept informed throughout the process. The job was completed swiftly and cleanly. Phil was wonderful with the children who were curious about his work, taking the time to engage with them. I called Phil to replace a leaking toilet cistern inlet valve which, to his credit, he promptly did; he also replaced the flush valve, which made sense to do while working on the cistern. However, the newly fitted flush valve was now leaking. Despite a number of attempts to do so, I was unable to get Phil to come back and rectify the issue and finally ended up paying another plumber to sort out the leaking flush valve that Phil had fitted. So a few points for fixing the initial issue and being a friendly chap, but minus lots of points for causing another problem and failing to fix it!

As requested Phil came and advised that a new tap was required. He gave us a reasonable quote and has now fitted the new tap. We are very satisfied with all aspects of his work and would not hesitate to use him again.
