Charged £349 Labour plus £49 Callout charge to fix leaking outside tap, a couple of hours work and refused to leave site until paid.

They called right away after I posted this job and even when it was already afternoon, they were willing to come and do the job. They then took the time to inspect all the problems we have in our drains and fixed what they can and suggested what we need to do for the other that needs more work. I would highly recommend them and would keep them as our plumber for future jobs.

They called and gave us a price over the phone next day was available come and got job done fast clean and good top guys Will be using again very happy

Came across K and T maintenance on check a trade and I am so happy I went these guys fantastic work excellent finish, I recommend and I will use them again soon to knock down my garage at the rear of my house to build a new modern out house

I had new tiles fitted in my kitchen walls and floors by k&t the guys that came was very polite and caring kept work mess to a minimum and got my kitchen done in 3 days when other company’s was saying it’s a 2 week job, very happy thank you again

K&T maintenance has gave me a quote for a small tiling job £150 and when Moses turn up to do the job he demanded extra £70.And to be paid upfront in cash. In fact he didn’t complete the job.I told him I can’t pay all the money the job not completed he say he will not leave if I don’t pay him.I pay him £220 he promise to come back.When I call him to come he never turns up and no message no phone call from him.When I call him and he answers he make threat.He block my numb and took my money.Doggy company take advantage from vulnerable customer
