  Door handle fixing, and wall repair

  The tradesperson was fine, no issue with him. But the charge from the central team was extortionate AND unclear. £70 call out charge and min. £80 per hour on top of that (which I don’t even believe as it took so much back and forth for them to clarify). They initially tried to charge me £170 for an hours work! I was hoping to find a reliable handyman for small jobs, but this ain’t it chief!

  Furniture building and other small jobs

  Unfortunately I’m having to post a bad review because the handyman was over two hours late and failed to provide an invoice for the work when I asked for it. The job was carried out well but I was charged more for building a wardrobe that Ikea accidentally sent because the handyman didn’t confirm with me before carrying on building and despite me showing him a picture of the wardrobe he was supposed to build.

  Prompt, good value, great work.

  Good communications before as we outlined the work and expected costs. Ash was bang on time , worked quickly giving good advice and left leaving no trace of mess behind. Tip top work.

  Basement leak repair

  Thank you very much to the Kris and the KAP team for their patience, flexibility and workmanship in completing a repair to the basement after escape of water. This was a complex job and the team were very helpful and understanding - and most importantly, got the job done!

  Rubbish removal

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very polite, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The rubbish removal was hassle-free and everything was cleared as agreed. Friendly, professional, and reliable — I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and would happily recommend him to others.
