On the first visit the bathroom tap was installed and despite taking longer than anticipated was a good fit. I was charged more than quoted as it took longer than expected but I acknowledged this. On the second visit the insinkerator was installed (it hadn’t yet been delivered on the first visit) and was fitted. However, on testing that evening it was leaking. I messaged photos and was asked to pay for the days work and a third visit was needed to fix the sink. I said I would only pay on the completion of the sink as it was not yet functional. Fixed on 3rd visit days later and charged more.

Cameron was amazing. Walked us through everything he was doing. Answered all our questions. Got exactly the style we wanted and sorted everything out in timely manner. Was very respectful of our home and was generally a pleasure to do business with. A plus

Plumber was very helpful in selecting suitable basin and cupboards, and did an excellent job when carrying out the work. The only problem was that he had to postpone my job by 2 days due to another job taking longer than anticipated. This was not a serious issue, but it cost him 1/10 on reliability.

Kamran is very efficient, a good communicator, trustworthy and showed great attention to detail. Despite the amount of work done the house was left very clean and tidy. Kamran did the work unsupervised, my elderly mother had to stay at my house ( 120 miles away). Our trust in him was rewarded with a wonderful job and mum is over the moon with her new bathroom.

Kamran was great very polite and respectful of my home wearing covers on boots and removing boots once work commenced, he was friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional, I would completely recommend this plumber, without reservation, price was great as well. Will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you.

Toilet was leaking and thought it was going to be a small job but instead it required the entire toilet replaced as there was a second leak happening , it was an old toilet. It was replaced the same day as contact and the pressure was much more than before. Very pleased.
