plummer was friendly, replaced the broken part and checked to make sure it was working before he left.

Very happy with the work Kamran did to replace dodgy pipework in the utility room and kitchen of our new house, at a very reasonable price. He even came at 4pm on a Sunday! There was a small issue after he left with a tiny leak that appeared suddenly after all had seemed fine during testing, but came back the next day to sort it out. Also great communication throughout from Arwen re any delays to timings.

Responded very quickly, gave a price that was acceptable, was a little late arriving on the date but communication was excellent. Did what was necessary and also lagged some exposed pipes that I was going to do myself later but now I don’t have to. Extremely polite and professional, very happy I chose them.

Absolutely brilliant ! . Perfect gentleman , very quick , efficient , polite and a first class job - could not have been better .
