KAS Energy recently installed a new combi boiler for me, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the initial quote through to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The price quoted was very competitive. A special mention goes to Ross, who carried out the installation. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - don't be put off by their use of AI on the phone, a friendly human phones you back straight away!

Fantastic from start to finish. The fitter was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was polite and very knowledgeable. Cleaned and cleared as he went along. Customer service, again brilliant. Kept me informed of everything. Highly recommended to anyone...you will not be disappointed.

My old boiler stopped functioning and was leaking horribly over the kitchen. Sam from KAS came to give a quote and explained everything carefully. There was attention to detail when he inspected the radiators in the house and the boiler. After booking the job the follow up conversations with Kim were always immediate and clear and always available. Ross the engineer who came was superb in the way he handled any issue from piping, to drilling and explained everything patiently to me each step of the way. He cleaned up and removed debris like he was never there before. Boiler works great!

All I can say is wow excellent sam came out and checked at where I wanted to replace boiler gave a quote phoned kym booked in Ross came and fitted excellent work and explained how it worked all so friendly and all at a decent price

Fantastic company, I was having problems getting a gas meter installed and they were happy to delay installation a few times, can’t fault them at all!
