    Told me there was a faulty element in my boiler.

    Told me there was a faulty element in my boiler. Didn't replace it. Took £100 cash + £70 off card.

    Leaking toilet system replacement

    Called to fix a leaking toilet system. Not sure exactly what he did as his “invoice “ did not specify the work done. The good thing is that the toilet is no longer leaking; the bad thing is the cost of approx £580, which can only be described as EXTORTIONATE

    Replacement of 2 elderly taps

    We phoned in the morning, and sent a photo of the old taps. He sourced the replacements and fitted them that afternoon. Will definitely use him again.

    Replace bathroom mixer tap with new.

    Kian arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently. Had a friendly manner and was very tidy. I would definitely recommend him for any plumber work.

    Disgraceful charlatan

    KA Services came out to our property as an emergency when the boiler stopped working leaving our tenants without hit water. They diagnosed a broken/faulty element ( probably two) costing £150for the inspection alone. Our tenants ( who are lovely) smelt a rat with him and actually offered to wait 5 days until our normal plumber was back from holiday. When our plumber went he was beyond livid and called me to say that the boiler is absolutely fine, he just needed to hit the reset button!!! Only charges me the call out charge as it took him less than 15 minutes to check it over!  Con-men!!! ??
