  Karl responded to initial contact really quickly and arranged a visit to give a quote. Once he had got the information he needed he got back to me the same day with the quote and some suggested dates for the work to be completed. Throughout all interactions he was professional and friendly and the work has been carried out in an exemplary fashion at a very reasonable cost. Cannot recommend this company enough.

• Extractor fan fitted

  Could not be happier with the service. Karl came early which was great (he was willing to wait), he started the job straight away and he was done within around half an hour. He tidied up after himself, showed me how the fan worked and chatted to me like he had known me for ages. He was a lovely man and I am so glad to have found an electrician as I will definetely be using him again when needed.
