    Very knowledgeable. Advised as to the best products for my needs and sourced them himself. Quick to respond, punctual and very personable. Pricing was clear and very reasonable (significantly lower than another quote I received for the same job, though that other quote was obviously over-priced). Got on with the job quickly, quietly and respectfully - I barely knew he was there. Provided the paperwork for the job and showed how to use the fan that had digital controls. Very satisfied.

    Contacted Karl for a quotation and he responded promptly. A date was arranged for the work and Karl arrived as promised, the work was completed without any problems and the testing was completed. I cannot fault the work in anyway and the communication was first class the price quoted was the price paid no hidden extras, highly recommended.

Once he had got the information he needed he got back to me the same day with the quote and some suggested dates for the work to be completed. Throughout all interactions he was professional and friendly and the work has been carried out in an exemplary fashion at a very reasonable cost. Cannot recommend this company enough.
