I do dont reccomend this service! I agree that she has great prices but 1)They did not complete their job that they wanted me to pay for. I was told that 3 cleaners were there and it took 3.5 hours. When I go to check to see how the cleaning went, it looked the same as how I left it and the kitchen wasn't even touched! 2) They wanted me to pay before the job was done which I have never heard of a "service" being paid for before the work is complete for the satisfaction of the customer. 3)They broke a light fixture that I now have to pay for. Never again!!!

I arranged a clean with Kate after seeing her excellent reviews on Checkatrade. I booked 3 hours for my 3 bed 1 bath house which is what it had taken my previous cleaner to do the house. When I came home the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, there were bits of my toddlers cereal on the table which hadn’t been wiped down and quite simply the house had not been cleaned. All that had been done was the inside of the windows wiped and bathroom cleaned. I complained and it took 6 days for her to come back to me. She also refused to refund any of the monies even when I asked for 2 hours back.

I have had two different cleaners from this company both are excellent. I have recommended this company to a number of friends and family.

Kate’s team carry out a thorough weekly clean of my fathers flat. He has a number of physical issues which is understood by the team and managed well. Even when Kate needed to find a new cleaner, due to unforeseen circumstances of his previous cleaner, Kate was able to do so and continue the service within a couple of weeks. I would recommend Kate Cleaning Services to others with no issues.
