Job location: BS16Was really happy with the job, and communication was clear throughout, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The team were delayed on a previous job, so brought in an extra decorator to get our job finished in time (which we appreciated). Cannot recommend Katie, Martin and the team highly enough. Firstly they're absolutely lovely to deal with and were super accommodating in respect to our different requests. Martin was the main lead in respect to painting our property. His attention to detail was fantastic and his desire to explain his processes across the different work being done was incredibly reassuring and meant that we felt completely comfortable at all points with the work being done. My experience with Katie has been excellent. Katie first sent out Martin to have a look at the property. While he was here he even gave a few ideas which we took (& love the result). Katie sent a quote & booked in Hayley & Adrien for the job. The whole job took about a week to complete & both Hayley and Adrien stuck to the timelines. They even very kindly accepted to fill up a chase in the wall (something we hadn't discussed initially). They left the place spotless.
