It was joy to have Katie undertake our job. She was prompt, friendly, efficient and highly knowledgeable. Nothing was a problem for her. Everything was done with a smile. Our problem Airbath was removed and replaced with a new bath. The WC was replaced with a comfort-height model. We are delighted with Katie's work and have no hesitation in recommending her to any potential customer.

We had low pressure in the kitchen tap with no hot water as a result, Katie was brilliant at locating the issue, initially it was thought that a replacement tap was required however this was not the case and a washer resolved the issue which also saved us the cost of a new tap, I would not hesitate to recommend Katie and her services, she is extremely diligent and will not do unnecessary work, communication was excellent from start to finish. If we have any other plumbing needs we will be using Katie’s services
