  Bath changed to a shower and tiling

  Bathroom /wet room

  Brilliant work from dean finshed job a day early and still got the great finish on just what I asked him to complete for me outstanding in every way well recommended great price the work for me was massive to complete no job to big or small for this man cheers dean will be coming back for more work from you in the near future 100%

  A section of CO pipe fitted

  The guy is a waste of time. It was a simple job- just to cut out and replace a section of broken CO pipe. When he arrived he upped his estimate by 50% in no time, did the job on the same day within 20 minutes, refusing to produce an invoice. Left some rubbish inside floor cavity. Within a month the pipe needed refitting as it was leaking right on the joints. When ringing him he claimed he was unavailable. I called a different plumber who did the job also on the same day but for well under half the price!! If you are after value for money and good workmanship better look elsewhere.

  Old bathroom taken out and fitting of new bath, sink and tiling.

  He was polite and punctual, but I got the impression he wanted to provide his own stuff and the job was very much rushed. He was also undertaking another job at the same time so kept disappearing and leaving the young lad on his own. I had previously had a leak at the back of the bath taps which I had pointed out to Dean, but unfortunately he tiled behind the bath instead of fitting the bath first then tiling down to it, so now the silicone has rotted and it has been leaking for some time again. Tile grout was very cheap and has cracked on the floor already and wasn’t sealed properly.

  I am sorry you are not happy with the service, although there is a couple of things I would like to address. We do not fit tiles behind baths never have and never will, we always tile down to a bath unless it is a free standing bath on legs, also when doing full bathroom installs all work is carried out by professionals. I am sorry you have an issue with the work, it is not a problem to call us and we can come straight over and have a look and rectify any issues you have.
