  Excellent builder, reliable and competitive

  We had some renovations to our house starting 2/3/2026 which was completed within 5 weeks We used Kaye construction as we have used them on previous projects over the years We have always found Gary to be very knowledgeable , reliable and professional. Always on hand to explain any issues and a alternative option Would highly recommend this company due to continuous high standards, reliability and competitive pricing We would have no hesitation to use their services in the future

  Garage Renovation

  My wife and I needed our garage renovated from a bare bones shell to a warmer and more comfortable space. Gary was extremely patient and flexible when helping us figure out how to plan it out and make it work with knowledge of how to work around a diverse range of buildings needs. Gary communicated through any decisions or needs extremely promptly and respectfully and showed to be trustworthy when it came to the finances. Over the 4-weeks Gary was extremely personable and easy to get along with also making for a stress free and enjoyable build, would recommend!

  Running channels in a concrete floored outbuilding to take away water

  This job looked like it could take several days. Gary from Kaye Construction did it in a day to a very high standard . We are more than pleased with the finished job.
