    Replacing doors

    Managed to install 4 doors out of 11 incorrectly

    We are sorry to hear you are so dissatisfied with the doors your had fitted over 10 months ago yet made no mention of this on our number of visits after the installations in June to carry out further works you requested. All works were checked with you and you were extremely happy. As for the such low scores on feed back I am some what surprised….why have us back to carry out more work ? I have tried to contact you to discuss the matter however no answer.
