  New bathroom shower

  VERY HONEST AND HELPFUL. GAVE THE BEST ADVICE AND TOOK US TO LOCAL SHOP AND THEY ONLY CHARGED FOR THE LABOUR. WORK WAS OF GOOD QUALITY AND THEY KEPT THE PLACE CLEAN AND TIDY. WILL RECOMMEND TO OUR FRIENDS. THEY QUOTED 200 FOR SHOWER REPLACEMENT AND WAS REASONABLE EVEN THOUGH AS A CUSTOMER WE WANTED IT TO BE A BIT MORE CHEAPER. GOOD PART IT THAT THEY FINISHED JOB WELL AND TILED THE AREA, FIXED COUPLE OF TILES WHICH WERE A BIT SHAKING AND THIS WAS OUT OF THERE WAY. WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS. I WON'T ASK ANY COMMISSION AS THEY ARE DAMN GOOD IN THEIR JOB.

  New RCB and RCCB switch installed

  The RCCB kept tripping in our house since we'd had a new boiler installed with another company, and that company had been giving me the run-around on it. Excellent service from Kaza. They arranged to come round the same day to assess. They quickly figured out what the problem was and arranged to come back the next day. All sorted within 1 day at a reasonable price, and all fully explained. Everything was talked through first to make sure I understood and that I agreed with what needed to be done. They were punctual, friendly, professional and will definitely use again and recommend.

  Holes in the kitchen floor and wall needed to bed filled.

  Flav turned up promptly, listened to the problem and provided a solution. He was professional and polite and delivered a great service. I’d certainly be using him in the future as well as recommending him.

  Flooring fitted into bedroom

  Flávio is great at his job. He really went the extra mile for us. The floor was an excellent finish and he even taught me a thing or two about flooring. He went the extra mile to fix some odd jobs around my room free of charge and was very respectful and took his shoes off as that is the etiquette required in my household. He was very clean and tidied up after himself and we would definitely use his services again. Well mannered and hard working.

  Fixed broken floorboard under carpet

  Really happy with this tradesperson, he carefully removed newly laid carpet, fixed the broken floorboard and refitted the carpet on top. Highly recommended

  Removed fireplace and decorated, install new shower, cooker and hood

  Work was done to good standards. Updated me on progress and advised also. The property was left neat and tidy afterwards. Will use Kaza again for future projects.
