Small intermittent leak in loft at site of chimney stack. Ken checked rear and side gutters of stack on the roof - fortunately they did not need replacing. Ken discussed proposed remedial work with me which was to re-point some brickwork and re-seal chimney pots. This was done efficiently and site left neat and tidy. He also repaired broken tile whilst on the roof. This is the third time I have used Ken’s services over the last 6 years.

Very difficult access due to the height of the gutters and the proximity of my neighbour's fence.
