We used this company on 01st May 2024 to unblock a bath drain, the plumber attends late afternoon and filled the bath and when it was emptying jetted the pipes which then caused the waste pipe under the bath disconnected when they used the machine and flooded two flats below. I contacted the owner to arrange for the remedial works to be completed in the two flats and he has now refused to take any accountability and no longer answers my calls.

Fixed water leak under the bath and sealant around the bath. Came next day and on time which was great service.

Brilliant- I am very worried about the news about how good these plumbers are. If this gets around I will never be able to get hold of them again

Contacted quickly, and offered a free visit to review the issue and provide a quote. Was highly communicative for scheduling. Issue was resolved quickly, have been using the repaired fitting for a week now with no further issues!

Responsive and punctual and explained what they were doing.

Absolutely fantastic. Completed all tasks to the highest of standards. Did everything I had asked plus fixed a leak in an another radiator I had forgotten to mention in our earlier chats. I don't have to think twice about to call for for future plumbing jobs.
