The whole process of dealing with KBI has been good. Totally professional but still very friendly. From the first site visit and survey to the installation every one I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy. I was kept fully informed from start to finish and all promises that were made have been kept. The installation team were very courteous and polite. I was kept fully updated throughout the installation process with work being completed as scheduled. The job is to a very high standard in regard to both materials and workmanship.

Lads who installed the job were friendly and approachable. Went about their business professionally and removed all rubbish etc. Seemed to be very experienced and offered good advice on upkeep etc.

The quality of the work was beautiful and was done within the time frame agreed. Alex who was overseeing the job kept in contact throughout the whole process and I was very happy from start to finish
