    Enlarged a fireplace, lime plastered the cob wall, concreted new hearth, built wall.

    Really pleased with everything he has done, goes the extra to get it right, very impressed. Would recommend.

    4 different projects completed between early 2016 and 2019.One of these was to remove and rebuild a damaged chimney stack on a Grade 2 listed building. Project required using special bricks and lime mortar.

    The project was undertaken with a high level of planning to ensure that the shape and appearance of the new chimney matched the one it replaced. Materials selection was treated in the same way.The work was undertaken with extreme care and the workmanship was of the very highest quality. When the job was completed one of my neigbours commented 'Your new chimney is a work of art.'.

    Repair work to chimney and surrounding roof area following leak

    REPOINTING BRICKWORK AND CHIMNEY.

    Karl`s work is of a very high standard. He is very knowledgeable about brickwork and matched the mortar for the pointing very closely. His quote was reasonable and he completed the work on time. I would definitely recommend him to others.

    Have used K Blandford a few times for building an extension and other work.

    The first honest tradesman I have come across and I have used a lot! Excellent skill, workmanship, tidy, clean and a fair price.
