0Verified ReviewKenroy would not give me an estimated time that he would be with me for the job of installing a replacement conservatory ceiling fan/light setup; the choices were an appointment for Sunday evening (16th July 2023), or Monday evening. He then decided that he was going to send me a random text with a time for in the morning, when the agreement was for the Sunday evening. He was ignorant when asked for a time and when it got to a point to where I had to cancel and I told him I was no longer in need of his services, he was extremely aggressive over the phone and would not take no for an answer!
