From 1st conversation, getting booked in for the first quote with Claire. To then meeting kieran when he came out to look at the job & gave the quote. The customer service level was on point always in contact & very helpfull, and available to answer any questions we had. The level these guys work is at the top, and what a lovely group of lads, we got our home repointed, and are over the moon with the finished job, the lads cleaned up & acid washed the bricks, which made our home look like a new build, we would highly recommend this company, we have already booked for another job, great job done

  Repoint

I originally chose another company to repoint my property, but I was really disappointed with the work and ended up getting Kieran and the team at KB Pointing & Brickwork in to redo it. I wish I’d gone with them from the start. The difference in the finish is clear, and I’m so pleased with how the stonework looks now. Thank you to Kieran and the lads for putting it right. This is the second job they have done for me now and I would happily recommend.

  Excellent Quality and Customer Service

We had our son's backyard repointed by Kieran and his team and I can't praise their work enough. They're clearly very passionate about what they do as it shows in the quality and care taken in the finish. They also sorted out a crumbling chimney which would have gone unnoticed and been a genuine hazard. I also have to praise the customer service and communication which was faultless throughout. These guys are at the top of the Premier league when it comes quality of work and service, other trades take note this is the way to do it. Recommended without hesitation.

  Response from KB pointing&brickwork

Thank you David, this is an incredible review and genuinely means a lot to us. We put everything into the standard of our work and the way our customers are looked after, so reading this makes it all worthwhile. It was a pleasure completing the work for you and your family, and I’m glad we were able to identify the issue with the chimney and get it sorted at the same time. Thank you again for putting your trust in us and for such a fantastic recommendation. Really appreciated. Kieran & the KB Pointing & Brickwork team
