Full bathroom and partial kitchen refitting
Gavin is thorough and understanding. This was a complex job due to the small size of the bathroom, but he guided us through the process with helpful suggestions, and was very happy to discuss plans in detail. He clearly has enthusiasm for what he does, as well as a desire to get a job done that meets the customer's expectations. There were a couple of things that needed to be changed in the course of the work, but Gavin responded very quickly to our messages, and guided his team accordingly. We are very happy with the final result.
