We are very pleased with the work that was carried out to create a shower room. In addition there were good suggestions to enhance the layout, and at no additional cost. On time, courteous, tidy and took away the old bathroom and new packaging. Will be using again for similar work.

Shower room fitting 

We bought a house with bathrooms in a damp extension. They hadn’t been updated for 40 years, peeling linoleum, damp, just a mess. 
Mike was great, gave a good quote and he and his team did an amazing job dealing with all the problems he found (hot water pipe behind the ceiling coving, anyone?) and rebuilt from the concrete floor up. The workmanship was great, especially the tiling and they turned our bathrooms into amazing spaces. He also created a utility cupboard for a washing machine and they left the place clear and cleaned. Cost wise very good value and clear. Recommend highly.

Mike and his team built our new bathroom from the ground up. They did an outstanding job, the finishes are of such high quality, it's completely transformed the space. We couldn't recommend Mike and his team highly enough to anyone else looking to renovate! We will definitely be using them for future projects.

A really great experience. I was nervous as knew nothing about bathrooms and Mike helped me choose best pieces and advised on what I should be considering. They bought energy and fun to the house on a daily basis and their finish was very professional. Ludo also great with his slick tile work. I'll be using them again for my kitchen refit!

We received quotes and estimates from several other companies and this was the only one that gave a detailed quote with breakdown of costs and quite clearly the most professional. M&N ripped out our old bathroom and replaced with an entirely new one with a new layout.  They provided all trades and the whole experience was great from start to finish, with Mark and Paul going well above and beyond.  Mark had lots of good suggestions during the design stage and where any issues arose they fixed them quickly and efficiently.  The cost was more than reasonable and the finish is suberb - we're absolutely delighted with our new bathroom!

Came to look at job which was good.  Then did not respond or follow up.  No basic courtesy to say not interested or anything.  Would not use.

The project was surveyed.  I received a quotation in a timely manner.  The timescale for starting the project was acceptable, so I awarded MN plumbing the job.  They started on time and completed on schedule.  They followed my instructions correctly, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.  I would have no hesitation in using them again.

We had a complete bathroom redesign.  Chris helped with guidance, design ideas and working out ways of getting parts cheaper to reduce overall cost.  Each trade associated did fantastic work from removing old plaster, plastering, skimming, tiling and floor.  Small amount of plumbing work all done brilliantly too.  We waited on painitng as we had not decided so will not put photos up yet but very good standard.

Chris and his team were brilliant from start to finish.  Always on time, courteous and professional.  No request was a problem for Chris as he and his highly skilled team went about their job.  We have ended up with an even better bathroom than we envisaged at the the beginning.  I would highly recommend Chris and his team and will definitely employ his services for future projects.  Phil


I liked the fact that from start to finish (ie, starting with the visit to view and discuss my requirements, provide a quote, and on acceptance, complete the job, that I was dealing with the same person, what I would call a bespoke service, meaning unplanned changes required along the way were not a problem.
