I've marked Ken down a point for punctuality, as he was a bit late, but once I had contacted him he kept me updated and gave me an acurate ETA. He wasn't put out by my rather cautious manner and took it all in his stride. The workmanship seems proficient, solid and neat and he did a good job of cleaning up, although I have docked one point here for not disposing of one of the old locks, which to be fair, had got hidden under a shoe. Ken kept me informed throughout the job and entertained by a conversing on a variety of interesting topics, including the exploits of a distant ancestor. Worth it

We had our window and door that both wouldn’t open. I found KC locksmith online and they were fantastic. Came round the same day, really friendly (and lovely with our dog!). They managed to fix both problems super quickly and very reasonable price. Very happy customer. Would recommend highly.

Kenneth was very resilient and determined in the face of an ancient warded lock. He got the door open and replaced the lock with real expertise. It was inspiring too to see him guiding his new apprentice with such care!
