The work was rushed, resin was splashed up the walls and on the carpet. Ten months later the roof is still leaking and I am having to get the work redone by another company who have provided me with a report that concludes the work was of a very low standard. I have been trying to contact KCL Roofing by phone, email, text and on line message without success.

The guys came at short notice to fix a leak. On investigation it was determined the issue was more serious than could be fixed there and then. He agreed to wavier the call out charge which was very kind. Have requested they quote for the larger job.

I cannot fault this company for their prompt and swift action. From the moment I contacted them to the start of work was within 2 weeks. I have had promblems with other roofing companies, who had promised to come to assess the works needed, who either never bothered to turn up or gave a quote and then disappeared. This happened more than 3 times. With this company, they came within 1 day of asking for a quote. He used a drone. Kept me informed every step of the way. The work was completed in 3 days. The price stayed as agreed even though more hidden damage had to be sorted. Very Happy

The boss Michael was most helpful in advising the right course of action and very conscious of the needs of the local conservation area. The reroofing was completed to a high quality and in particular won the approval of the conservation area architect. All round strongly recommended

I had a leak in my roof and KCL roofing came out to fix it the next day. Michael was very professional and explained the quote and the works fully. The price was fair so I went ahead. They did the works then next day and were quick and efficient. They even arranged to have the scaffolding taken down extremely quickly as I had buyers coming to view the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone who needs a roofer.
