Simon was excellent 10/10

Great job, it turned out the gas supply pipe wasn’t connected to the gas main, a new supply had to be installed and ran externally, very happy with the job and the price, I would definitely use Simon again.

Mr Occleshaw was excellent throughout. Communication was smooth and professional from the start. His demeanour when attending the property was calm, friendly, and approachable, making him very easy to talk to. He appeared highly knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to discuss the issue thoroughly and was considerate and kind in his approach. What stood out most was that he was honest and helpful, even speaking about matters beyond the original reason for the call-out and offering useful advice without charging for it. His charges were very reasonable.

Able to fit us in quickly, efficient and friendly guys. Will be using them again.

Had a full boiler replacement, Simon and Finn did a cracking job getting all the pipes tidied up and where they should be, would 100% use them again and will be sure to use them for future servicing of the boiler every year Thanks again guys!
