The worker was very unreliable with days and weeks he would not return to finish a job with many excuses. He spent unnecessarily long periods of time over simple jobs .He has currently left with several jobs unfinished He also came at late times of the day's meaning he ending later than was appropriate.He did not always bring the correct tools with him and asked me to supply them.His means of paying him was also very irregular causing problems with my bank. He appeared generally dishonest and unreliable.

Keir did a fantastic job replacing my 3 radiators. He was on time, tidied up as he went along and was extremely professional and polite. I will certainly be using Keir again and would recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing jobs doing.

Mr Keir Conway restored my faith in local (Cambridge/shire) plumbers. After a series of bad to very bad experiences he was a breath of fresh air. Skilled, super efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, excellent with time, happy to explain things properly, unfazed, helpful - overall excellent! And all this despite his young age :) I shall pass his details to some neighbours and colleagues, who like me have been in search of a good plumber for a while. Personally I will definitely use his services again for future work.

We were extremely impressed when this personable young plumber came to refit our bathroom, and returned for some work in the kitchen. Knowledgeable, professional, punctual and hardworking - highly recommended.
