Nightmare experience. Sheldon used the wrong (single pole) connector, the wrong cable (no data cables in the supply cable), put the CT Clamp in a position in which it could never, ever work and then refused to accept that he should have known which cable to use, and that there was a CT Clamp despite him going through the EV Charging Unit box in our kitchen before he gave us an estimate. At no point has Sheldon apologised for any of this. Final straw, Sheldon refused to confirm in writing the materials he would use to put things right. Wrong materials, bad customer service. Proceed with care.

In every 100 good reviews there’s always that one that will always try to discredit your good service. After completing an electrical installation, this client asked for a building certificate. The client raised issues he saw on the internet, asking for me to address him in writing. I attended his property to give a verbal explanation, this was unsatisfactory to the client and he refused to allow me to explain and address the issues he had complained about.
