Brilliant service and helped us out in a drainage emergency! Turned up within a couple of hours, solved the problem and checked the drain thoroughly to make sure there weren’t any unseen issues. All guided by the helpful Lauren.

I have used this company 3 times now for both drains and asbestos surveys, followed by drain/manhole repairs. From the first contact to final billing they have been extremely friendly and professional and provide responses to queries extremely quickly. All of the workers I have met have also been very friendly and helpful. I feel very fortunate to have found this company when I first required such services.

KD carried out a sump service and completed the work to a good standard . The follow‑up report was clear, informative, and included photos, which was very helpful as I wasn’t present during the visit. There were some issues with communication on the day and an interaction that could have been handled more professionally. However, the company acknowledged my feedback, apologised, and confirmed it would be addressed. Overall, good technical work and reporting, and I would consider using them again.

Arrived within about 24 hours of being called out. Had trouble in dealing with the problem but fixed it all within about six hours. All done and dusted in just about two days altogether. Excellent

KD have been fantastic from start to finish! I called following a surge in our electricity for KD to check our sump pump. The team on the phone were super helpful and arranged the visit pretty much straight away. The technician (Alfie) attended and was brilliant, polite and professional. He carried out a service, diagnosed the problem and then came back replaced our pump with a new one within a day. Thank you all very much! I am delighted with your service and my new pump.
