Kyle attended in person to find out exactly what my needs were, then sourced all the materials and carried out the work to an extremely high standard and at a reasonable price. He was reliable, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use Kyle's services again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Oven broke Christmas Day. As soon as the holidays were over KDE were in touch. After explaining the fault over the phone to them they ordered a new heating element. They were able to fit a couple of days later once it arrived ( as soon as possible given Christmas holiday opening hours etc). Polite and helpful to deal with on the phone. Electrician that did the work was very helpful and clearly explained what had happened.

Absolutely fantastic. Arrived on time very knowledgeable. Found and diagnosed the fault within the first hour. Had someone previously who had been out 3 times and still never found the issue. I can’t recommend Kyle highly enough. If I ever need an electrician again I will only use KDE. Reasonable. Friendly. Punctual. I’m so happy he was able to resolve my issue that has been going on for 2 years. Thank you so much
