Bathroom drain repair

Great Service, thank you a lot :)
Last week I came back home to a horrible smell of sewage backup. Knowing no plumbers at all, I started to look for one on the internet. I rang three of them - they either do not pick up or offered to 'come to make a quote’ in the next few days. Finally I got to Karl from KDF installations. He managed to come in an hour and sort the clogged drain out. He explained the trouble with water pressure (which was really poor in my house) and got that sorted as well. Drain blockage unable to identify root cause!
As a new owner of the property we found having CCTV drain survey proved to be invaluable as it clearly shows the cause of a blockage. We had spent months trying to find cause ourselves spending lots of money on commercial equipment without success Karl and the team were polite and professional, mindful that I worked from home and worked around this with little distraction. We spent more money and time trying to fix the problem ourselves. I would definitely recommend we only wished we had called sooner there no more horrid smells or overflowing.
