We are stripping out our living room in preparation for an electrical rewire and wood burning stove installation and couldn’t get our wall mounted mirror and fireplace off the wall. Managed to loosen it but gouged holes in the wall at the same time. Kieran responded to my post straight away, offered to come remove it same day for a reasonable price. Following previous experience with workmen I was just hoping he would show as it prevented me getting all wallpaper off. He arrived as promised and swiftly removed all 3 items . No further damage to wall either! What a professional! 10/10
